I found my way to The Coop Yorba Linda from a Disney Cruise headed to Mexico.

I took my wife and daughter to a cruise for our yearly family trip. With out getting to much into the actual cruise its self (By the way it was lots of fun! There were games, water slides, everything you need from ages 1-100) You get the idea. So we met up with another couple who had a daughter similar in age. We talked, hung out while our kids played. So happens they’re local to where we’re from. Moving fast forward they found out I am a photographer and had asked if I can take pictures of their daughters birthday at a venue called The Coop in Studio City. I said of course. This is when I first found out about The Coop. As I was taking pictures I was asking someone who I thought was the manager simple questions. Little was I aware I was actually talking to the owner of the company, Juliet. Mind you she is an incredible sweet person. Juliet mentioned they were having The Coop open in the city of Yorba Linda and that I should contact them.

Excited yet nervous cause I didn’t know what to expect. I contacted them the very next day. Not expecting anything Charmaine responded. After some back and forth email we finally met. She invited me to come by for her grand opening of The Coop. Excited I came by and it was a success. There were desserts, soft drinks, face painting and all sorts of activities for children. What’s great about The Coop of OC is while there is a section for kids to play they didn’t forget about the parents. While the kids can run and play in 1 room. Adults can enjoy music and coffee in the other room. The Coop of OC is well kept and very clean. As a parent safety is always a concern but with assistants making sure kids are playing well there are no worries. What’s funny about all this. How small the world can be. From a Disney Cruise to Mexico. I landed at The Coop of OC.
